Return Policy

**If you ordered prior to July 31st, 2024, and have purchased return coverage with ShipInsure, please check for the ShipInsure email instructions or email us at support@notoriouslift.com for return instructions.**

1. Requests to return footwear must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once a request has been approved, items must be received within 30 days.

2. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for our international customers. We can only accept returns for store credit or refund (original item value). For ease of return/exchange, as well as saving on shipping and duties, consider ordering from any of our international distributors if there is one in your country. 3. Footwear MUST be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all contents inside and with the original clear zipper storage bag or shoe box. The zipper storage bag and/or shoe box should not be used as a shipping container. We recommend trying on footwear indoors on a clean surface. Items that show clear visible wear from being tested in the gym, or that are otherwise not in new condition (chalk, dirt, excessive hair, etc.) may be denied or issued partial credit. Items without the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Please allow 5-10 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for your refund or store credit to be processed.

5. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide return labels for international customers.

6. Last Chance Items and all Apparel are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide return labels for our international customers.

Only eligible items (non-final sale) can be returned. Requests to return/exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Returns for refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned package. If more than 10 business days (excludes weekends) have passed and you still haven't received a refund notification from us, please contact us.

Typically, once you receive a refund notification from us, it takes 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect the change on your bank statement.

If more than 5 business days have passed and the refund still is not reflected on your bank statement, please contact your credit card company and bank.

Undeliverable or Returned to Sender

Orders that fail delivery due to incorrect address information or failure to clear customs (not due to our error) cannot be refunded, due to significant costs incurred in the return of those failed/rejected deliveries.

Please ensure that your address info is correct when you submit the order, and that you are available via phone and/or email for FedEx to contact you regarding payment of duties and fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you'd like to exchange, please return the current item and place a new order for the item you want.

Please note that all returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Final sale/Last Chance items are not eligible for return.
