Returns and Exchanges (USA & Canada)

Return Policy

1. Requests to return or exchange footwear must be submitted in the Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. Once a request has been approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges for our Canadian customers. If you'd like to exchange, please return the current item and place a new order for the item you want.

2. Footwear MUST be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all contents inside and with the original clear zipper storage bag or shoe box. The zipper storage bag and/or shoe box should not be used as a shipping container. We recommend trying on footwear indoors on a clean surface. Items that show clear visible wear from being tested in the gym, or that are otherwise not in new condition (chalk, dirt, excessive hair, etc.) may be denied or issued partial credit. Items without the original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. For Standard Exchanges. please allow up to 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for your exchange to be processed. You will be notified once the exchange has been created, and again when the order ships. Instant Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible, like a regular order.

4. Returns for refund and store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after delivering to our warehouse.

All returns for refund are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. There is no processing fee for exchanges or store credit.

5. Notorious Lift will cover the shipping cost of sending the new exchange item back to the customer. If you purchased Redo Package Protection with Free Returns, the return label will be provided free of charge in the Return Portal. If you opted out, you can purchase a return shipping label in the portal, or have it deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

6. Last Chance Items and all Apparel are final sale and not eligible for return.

7. Domestic orders that receive free shipping (order value over $150) with items that are returned for a refund (in whole, or in part) will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are exempt.

Please Note: For Standard Exchanges, exchange items are not guaranteed to remain in stock, so please ship the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. If an item goes out of stock and we are unable to send the exchange item, you will be issued a store credit and a free shipping code to place a new order.

Return Shipping

Starting on July 31st, 2024, we partnered with Redo to offer prepaid return shipping labels on all orders with Redo Package Protection with Free Returns.

Return shipping labels will be supplied through our returns portal here.

Only eligible items (non-final sale) can be returned. Requests to return/exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery.

For customers who opted out of Redo Package Protection with Free Returns, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A discounted rate return label can be purchased directly through the portal, or deducted from your refund/store credit.

Refund Information

Returns for refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned package. If more than 10 business days (excludes weekends) have passed and you still haven't received a refund notification from us, please contact us.

Typically, once you receive a refund notification from us, it takes 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect the change on your bank statement.

If more than 5 business days have passed and the refund still is not reflected on your bank statement, please contact your credit card company and bank.

All returns for refund are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee. There is no processing fee for exchanges or store credit.

Undeliverable or Returned to Sender

Packages that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect address/recipient information will be assessed a reshipment fee for us to resend the package to a corrected address. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the order excluding the original shipping fee paid. You can then place a new order to a corrected address.

International orders that fail delivery due to incorrect address information or failure to clear customs (not due to our error) cannot be refunded, due to significant costs incurred in the return of those failed/rejected deliveries.

All USA & Canadian customers, including those without Redo coverage, can initiate a return within the Return Portal below. Please note that returns must be requested within 14 days of order delivery. Final sale/Last Chance items are not eligible for return.
